We believe performances should resemble the soundtrack as much as possible from beginning to end so that the audience is not distracted with unfamiliar material and feel like they have relived the entire game or cartoon experience in one sitting. The music will be performed precisely as it is heard in the original soundtrack excluding minor adjustments for acoustic instruments, endings, and extensions when warranted. Performances will be accompanied by video clips and screen shots projected onto no less than three screens. Concerts will be performed by professional municipal orchestras around the country. When a person plays through a game or watches a video they become familiar with the characters, story and scenery while making emotional connections to each of these elements through the music. Listening to the music separately causes these elements to replay in the mind’s eye like a dream or a virtual reality. This can be even more emotionally evocative than the original exposure because all the elements have been digested and internalized through memory. Additionally, when performed on acoustic instruments by live musicians the music is given an organic, living quality that makes the concert experience that much more surreal. To perform concerts you need: a legal right to perform intellectual property for profit a quality sheet music collection a director and/or conductor accompanying film clips for each song a technical person to assemble and operate video hardware to book a venue to pay musicians to sell tickets. Roger Hale is skilled and trained to produce quality sheet music products, direct and conduct, produce film clips, assemble and operate video hardware, obtain legal rights, book venues and musicians, advertise, and sell products. Roger Hale can operate as an employee or as an individual entity. As an employee he will labor to provide your company with professional grade sheet music for official concerts either by obtaining scores or sequence data from the original composers or by directly transcribing sheet music himself. Mr. Hale will book venues and musicians, advertise for concerts, (sell tickets,) produce accompanying film clips, direct and/or conduct concerts, assemble and operate accompanying video hardware. After a series of successful concerts, Roger will provide your company with an additional array of sheet music products arranged for smaller ensembles and various skill levels; in particular for young musicians and school bands. Sheet music and concert sales will expand your company’s product line, and increase your customer appreciation and fan base. As Roger Hale’s employer, your company will net more profit and have ultimate control of what the final products will be, and there will be no need to obtain performing rights. If hired, work can begin immediately. Alternatively, when operating as an individual entity Roger Hale will pay your company for license agreements and royalties.
